Recent proposals and progress of the negotiations


  1. PAY INCREASE

  • GENERAL INCREASE: 1.9% to instead of 1.8% of AG
  • MERIT INCREASE: 1.1% instead of 1% with the possibility that employees rated R3C receives an increase if their position in Grid is less than or equal to 122%

  • PROMOTION: 0.5%

  • GATES OF WAGES FRAMES NO

In a st April 2011: Salary mini business for a ratio of 200: 1465 € gross
                                                                  For a coefficient 215: 1531 € gross
For a coefficient 230: 1591 € gross
To coefficient 245: 1665 € gross

And a st April 2012: Minimum Wage business increased to 1500 € gross


  1. MUTUAL


  • To the delight of the CFTC, management has the will to implement the mutual quality health for all employees no later than 1 st January 2012 ..

  1. Interresting AND / OR STIP

Management is ready to implement the STIP and / or replace the incentive A presentation was made and arrangements will be specified at the next meeting.

  1. SPECIAL BONUS

A special bonus of 500 € gross is proposed by management under conditions that:

  • The withdrawal of the complaint on the 2009 and 2010 incentive (CGT).
  • The withdrawal of the complaint the extra incentive 2008 (CFDT). The
  • ratification of a three-year agreement by all unions.
So management wants social peace over 3 years. (No trial in the future).
