Recent proposals and progress of the negotiations



DISABLED PERSONS
Proposal Management: 2 checks the service employment from 15 € per month (90 € per quarter)

TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCES
Creation of a 3 rd tranche for staff living more than 30km, paid € 1.60 / day

EMPLOYEES TO THEIR MAXIMUM WAGE GRID
For employees rated R1 a premium of 350 € for 2011
And for employees Rated R 2, a premium of 250 € for 2011

gender balance
Maternity leave: Additional salary to 100% for women during their maternity leave.
REMINDER: - For the birth of 1 st or a 2 nd child, 16 weeks of leave
- For the third child or more, 26 weeks of leave
- When the mother waits 2 twins, 34 weeks of leave
- And for triplets or more, 46 weeks of maternity leave.

Two additional half-days are given to women during pregnancy for medical examinations (eg ultrasound ...)

Wages: In case of discrepancies in pay between a man and a woman related to motherhood,
management will adjust the wages of women by the end of the first half of 2012.
If a man takes parental leave, arrangements will be the same than for women.

Maternity leave with pathology: 2 weeks.

PAY INCREASE
GENERAL INCREASE: 1.8% AG (instead of 1.5%)
