In reading this my husband and I were really happy.
so proud of her, all her efforts, willingness. But it was too good ...
It is true that everything went too well, the teacher intervened Rosa was very strong among students and the harassment had ceased (it's great), Rosa had made two girlfriends with whom she played at all recreating daily and enlarged his circle of friends. Rosa's father had arranged to return before 21 hours twice a week which relieved me greatly. Everything was going well until the meeting.
We learned at the meeting that the AVS was pregnant and very pregnant! More than five months, she had to stop at the end of April and would not be replaced. It turns out she is on sick leave since mid-March and will not return.
I am knowledgeable about the legal obligations of Education (which should normally take the necessary replacement in the absence of AVS) and from several different agencies to learn how to act. Obviously
throughout France SIAs are not replaced in case of short or long leave, obviously we would have to accept that this stand idly essential to the education of our girl to be removed just as it begins to flourish at school, four months after been put in place and while there is still four months of school.
I'm angry, AHV cons who knew very likely that she was pregnant when she was hired and did not think about the upheaval that would represent a departure during the year, in anger against an unjust system which provides opportunities and resumes.
I'm angry and more determined than ever to assert the right to education Rosa, left to change the French jurisprudence. I'm shocked!
Rosa's teacher has done more than his job to adapt his teaching to disability Rosa, Rosa has made every effort which he was requested and continues to fight bravely head up to progress academically despite his handicap and agrees good grace to surrender to its many binding weekly appointments.
must start to fight, I'm tired, but I will not give up! Rosa has always fought bravely all, give up now it would not worthy of her.
This time there is hard feelings.
