- general increase of 4%, with a floor of 70 Euros minimum
- merit increase of 2% (accessible from the note R3C) for Executives
and non-executives
- Increase maximum payment of EEP at 8%
- abundantly APR at 100%
- increase the premium transportation
- Assignment 4 additional days off due to many holidays falling on weekends in 2011 (the agreement of providing 11 days holidays 35 hours / year)
- Time Range for wider support services offset
- System review rating: 2 interviews with annual award of merit
- Increase the ceiling for seniority premium of 18 to 21 years
- Assignment 2 days Sick Children for each employee per year
(eg for 2 children, allocation of 4 days)
